Job Description
• 7+ years of Experience leading ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Baan, Lawson/Infor, JD Edwards, Hyperion)
• 3+ years of Experience with Workday Financials – must have led at least two full lifecycle implementations
• Direct, hands-on Experience designing and configuring Workday Financials
• Must have Experience leading cross-functional and multi-vendor teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
• Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies
• Ability to motivate project teams
• Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization - both internal and external
• Excel at conflict management/resolution
• Organized with keen attention to detail
• Possess a talent for handling shifting priorities/demands/timelines and effectively executing tasks in a high-pressure environment. Candidate must be able to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
• Must be willing and able to reflect the organizational culture and strategy
