Protivitiis looking for aBusiness Performance Improvement(Workday)Senior Consultant to join our growingFinancial Performance Managementteam.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as youfacilitatethe successful completion of project work plans.You’llidentifyareas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.You’llstrengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction ofManagers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.

  • Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Demonstrated experience with: 

  • Leading / managing future state design and process improvement projects focused on Record to Report (R2R) and/or Order to Cash (O2C) business functions.

  • Functional and systems experience focused on R2R and/or O2C business functions. 

  • Designing and implementing Workday. Key responsibilities as part of these initiatives include leading and performing: requirements definition, facilitating design workshops, testing, data conversion, training, cutover, and post go-live support.

  • Collaborate withbusinessstakeholders to understand their financial reporting and datamanagementrequirements.

  • Design and architect Workday Financials configurations, including the FDM, workflows/BPs, account structures, and integrations with other systems.

  • Implement best practices for Workday Financials and FDM to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Accountingoperations, financial frameworks, financial accountingsystemsand business intelligence tools

  • Service excellence-identifyingkey client business issues,determiningclient needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches,evaluatingandvalidatinganalysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement

  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpretingdata. 

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network. 

  • Ability to translate and communicateissues,risksor challengesto client personnel, including executives. 

  • Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

  • Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree inarelevant discipline(e.g.Accounting, Finance, or Related Field).

  • 2+ years working inConsulting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Assurance Services, or related field, either in professional services or industry.

  • Workday Record to Report certification and/or Workday Contracts to Cash certificationstronglypreferred. 

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

    Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

    $98,000.00 - $147,000.00

    Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

    The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

    $107,800.00 - $161,700.00

    Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
