Position:  Workday Functional Consultant

Location:  Remote , Total Exp :8+yrs 

Work Hours:   PST Time (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)

Type: Contract , NO Andhra or Telangana Candidates No JNTU.

Timeline:   Immediate joiners preferred — need to close this role within this week

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced  Workday Functional Consultant  who has strong hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Integrations (Studio / PECI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting ongoing enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and functional configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional expert for  Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation  modules.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
  
• Support and build  Workday integrations , including  Studio  and  PECI .
  
• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  
• Responsible for configuration, change requests, enhancements, and production support.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth integration flows.
  
• Collaborate with global teams working in PST time zones.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6+ years  of hands-on experience in  Workday HCM .
  

• Strong functional Experience of  Benefits  and  Compensation  modules.
  

• experience in  Workday Integrations  —  Studio ,  PECI , EIB, Core Connectors is a plus.
  

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.
  
• Must be comfortable working  PST shift (6 PM – 2 AM IST) .
  

Nice to Have

• Workday certifications (HCM, Integrations, Benefits, Compensation).
  
• Experience with global HR and payroll processes.
