Job Title: Workday Functional Consultant Experience: 811 Years Location: Remote Work Timings: 6:00 PM 2:00 AM IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only About the Role We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Integrations (Studio / PECI). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting ongoing enhancements, integrations, functional configurations, and production support in a global environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Design, build, and support Workday integrations, including Studio, PECI, EIB, and Core Connectors. Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional and integration issues. Manage configuration changes, enhancements, change requests, and production support activities. Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and smooth end-to-end integration flows. Work closely with global teams and stakeholders operating in PST time zones. Required Skills & Experience 811 years of overall experience with 46+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience. Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules. Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, PECI, EIB; Core Connectors preferred). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness and flexibility to work PST shift (6:00 PM 2:00 AM IST). Nice to Have Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, Benefits, or Compensation.
