About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation , and Integrations (Studio / PECI). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting ongoing enhancements, integrations, functional configurations, and production support in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional subject matter expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Design, build, and support Workday integrations , including Studio, PECI, EIB , and Core Connectors.

• Perform end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of functional and integration issues.

• Manage configuration changes, enhancements, change requests, and production support activities.

• Ensure data accuracy, system compliance, and smooth end-to-end integration flows.

• Work closely with global teams and stakeholders operating in PST time zones .

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–11 years of overall experience with 4–6+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.

• Strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations (Studio, PECI, EIB; Core Connectors preferred).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Willingness and flexibility to work PST shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) .

Nice to Have

• Workday certifications in HCM, Integrations, Benefits, or Compensation .

• Experience supporting global HR and payroll processes .
