Job Description
The Workday Functional Consultant – Performance Management is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Performance Management and related HCM modules. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Management, and IT teams to optimize performance review processes, goal management, continuous feedback, and talent programs within Workday.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workday Configuration & Functional Expertise
- Lead configuration and end-to-end support for Workday Performance Management, including:
-> Performance Reviews
-> Goal Management
-> Check-ins and Continuous Feedback
-> Feedback Cycles & Talent Cards
-> Review Templates, Steps, & Timeline Setup
- Configure business processes, security roles, condition rules, notifications, and dashboards.
2. Project Implementation & Enhancements
- Participate in or lead Workday enhancements, new feature rollouts, and optimization initiatives.
