**Job Summary**
The Sr. Consultant role is pivotal in delivering Workday solutions focusing on Workday HCM and technical reports. With 6 to 8 years of experience the candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to projects in the Hi-Tech and Finance & Accounting domains. This role requires expertise in Workday technologies to enhance business processes and drive efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement Workday HCM solutions to optimize human resource processes and improve organizational efficiency.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design Workday reports that meet business needs.
