Job Summary (Workday Functional Tester):Techno Functional
- Utilize strong functional knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll).
- Perform integration testing between Workday and third-party systems using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio integrations.Core HCM
- Conduct regression testing during Workday system updates, enhancements, and releases.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and clarify test scenarios.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Design test scenarios, prepare test cases, and execute tests.
- (Preferred) Basic knowledge of UKG.
