Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Workday HCM Consultant to join our client's HR Technology team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HCM, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and alignment with global HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday system administration and configuration.
• Manage Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, and Security.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, testing, and troubleshooting for Workday releases and enhancements.
