Workday HCM Analyst


Permanent | Hybrid - Barcelona (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)


Compensation: €55,000 per annum


Key Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
  • Strong expertise in Core HCM
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Strong communication skills with experience in a customer-facing environment


Preferred / Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Absence, Recruiting, Learning , or other Workday HCM modules
  • Previous Workday consultancy or partner background
  • Workday HCM certifications (current or previously held)
  • Experience supporting Workday in a multi-country environment
