Job Description
As a Workday HCM Analyst specializing in Compensation, you will play a key role in configuring, maintaining, and improving our compensation and performance management processes. You will be responsible for configuring and supporting the Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules in Workday, collaborating with HR teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency, and implementing new features and optimizing existing processes.
What you will do- Set up and maintain Workday's Advanced Compensation features, including bonus plans, merit cycles, and eligibility rules.
- Act as the principal subject‑matter expert in Workday Compensation, owning solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and governance.
- Prepare, manage, and run our annual global compensation processes.
