Job Summary

We are looking for a Workday HCM Certified Functional Consultant to lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday HCM and will partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HCM solutions across the employee lifecycle.

  • Location: Across India

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Workday Core HCM modules including Staffing, Compensation, Business Process Framework, and Organizational Management

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions

  • Lead or support end-to-end Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and AMS activities
