**CTG is seeking to fill a Workday HCM & Compensation Package Consultant position for our client.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 6 months
**Duties:**
+ Serve as a Package Consultant specializing in the implementation and support of Workday Core HCM and Core Compensation modules.
+ Translate business requirements into effective technical and functional Workday solutions.
+ Partner with cross-functional solution teams to design and support the overall system architecture and integration landscape.
+ Lead and participate in planning, fit-gap analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, unit testing, rollout, and post-implementation support.
+ Create and maintain detailed technical and functional design documentation.
+ Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and configuration issues across Workday HCM and Compensation.
