We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to lead configuration design, optimisation, and deployment for Core HCM modules. This role focuses on improving existing tenants, integrating with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules, and supporting global HRIS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy new Workday Core HCM configurations.
Analyse and remediate existing tenants to improve performance, scalability, and compliance.
Collaborate with global and local HR stakeholders to gather and clarify complex requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable Workday solutions aligned with HRIS goals.
Serve as subject matter expert for Core HCM modules, providing guidance and training.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards, maintaining thorough documentation.
