Workday HCM Consultant

Someone who can guide the client and not just take action items, self-starter and someone who can manage the client and is client facing. A lot of business overlap required.
Lead end-to-end Workday implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday solutions and workflows.
Provide post-go-live support including issue triage, troubleshooting, enhancement requests, and knowledge transfer.
Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards for operational, compliance, and leadership insights.
Manage data integrity activities including data mapping, validation, and migration during implementations and upgrades.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, defect resolution, and process improvements.
Document functional design, configuration decisions, and support procedures for long-term continuity.
Monitor Workday releases and recommend feature adoption to improve business processes and user experience.
