Key Responsibilities:
•Lead full-cycle Workday HCM implementations, from strategy and design through deployment and optimization
• Serve as both Solution Architect and Delivery Lead, ensuring alignment between business goals and Workday capabilities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client executives, acting as a strategic advisor and delivery partner
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction
• Having being part of Pre-Sales/RFP process , understanding around estimations and planning with be additional advantage
• Mentor and develop project teams, fostering excellence in Workday configuration, project management, and client engagement
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional project work
• Represent the firm through thought leadership, including speaking engagements, webinars, and publications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Workday HCM certification (mandatory)
Proven experience leading Workday HCM implementations as a Delivery Lead or Solution Architect
Strong understanding of Workday modules including Core HCM, Time Tracking, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Absence,etc
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client expectations
Strong analytical and documentation skills to translate complex discussions into actionable plans
Willingness to travel as required (typically 30–60%)
Preferences:
Experience in consulting environments with exposure to Commercial , higher education, healthcare, or large enterprise clients
Demonstrated thought leadership through industry events, publications, or community contributions
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and mentoring others
