Job Title : Workday HCM Functional Consultant (Advanced Compensation)
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Location : Hyderabad, Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Advanced Compensation, including:
- Merit, Bonus, and Stock processes
- Compensation review cycles
- Eligibility rules, plans, and packages
- Compensation statements
- Support year-end and mid-cycle compensation events, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
