Workday HCM Functional Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Functional Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-level Workday HCM solutions within a Big 4–equivalent consulting environment .

This role is ideal for a senior professional with deep functional expertise in Workday, strong leadership capabilities, and proven experience managing complex implementations and post-go-live support engagements for large, global clients.

The Workday Functional Manager will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality delivery, optimizing Workday HCM processes, and leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic, high-impact projects.

• Lead end-to-end Workday HCM functional delivery , including implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support engagements.
