The Workday Lead is responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of the Workday HCM platform . This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to ensure Workday modules meet business needs, operate efficiently, and comply with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Workday System Configuration & Support

• Configure and maintain Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, and Time Tracking .
• Perform system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes based on business requirements.
