Workday Reporting Specialist
Role Overview Position Context We are urgently hiring a Workday Reporting Specialist to strengthen internal reporting capabilities. Currently, no dedicated reporting resource exists, and ad hoc reporting is handled by existing team members who lack capacity to build scalable reporting concepts or governance frameworks.
The strategic goal is to build long-term internal Workday competency rather than rely on freelancers.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop Workday custom reports and dashboards
- Establish and improve data governance standards
- Conceptually develop reporting frameworks (beyond ticket-based reporting)
- Potential future involvement in Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning
- Translate business requirements into structured data models
- Support analytics-driven decision-making across HR and business functions
