Workday Integration Consultant

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant. One of the primary responsibilities of the Technology Services (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support a highly visible cloud system, Workday. We are seeking a techno-functional resource to augment the team. The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting production issues, developing Workday integrations and reports, and performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. The Contractor will support the Production Workday environment and the development of new solutions and enhancements. Responsibilities: Configure, implement, test, and document solutions in Workday. Troubleshoot production issues and provide support for the Production Workday environment. Develop Workday integrations and reports, including BIRT reports. Perform end-to-end testing of integrations, reports, and business processes. Develop and maintain calculated fields. Monitor integration issues in production and work with business users and the scrum team on issue resolution. Design and test assigned integrations and reports. Document project deliverables such as requirements specifications, design, and test results. Prepare and deliver documents required for peer review. Required Skills and Experience: Extensive experience with developing integrations and reports in Workday. Thorough knowledge of security for integrations and reports. Experience with developing calculated fields. Knowledge of and experience with Workday HCM and Payroll business processes. Strong work ethic. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience with Orchestrate integrations.
