We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Engineer to lead the implementation and post-implementation integration of Workday modules with multiple external and third-party systems. You will be involved in/lead designing, building, testing, and supporting integrations across key business functions. You will also play a critical role in testing future Workday releases, coordinating go-live activities, and providing ongoing production support to ensure seamless data flow and system stability.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations during implementation and post go live phases.
- Build and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and WIF.
- Provide ongoing support for live integrations and participate in bi annual Workday release activities.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
- Execute integration testing including unit, system, end to end testing, and support UAT.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during deployment, stabilization, and go live activities while maintaining technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands on experience in Workday implementation, including global rollouts, and integrations with valid Workday certification.
- Strong expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) and REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience integrating Workday with third party vendors and enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of implementation, post go live support, and release testing.
- Good knowledge of security, data privacy, compliance, and Agile/hybrid delivery models.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
