- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, DIS, DT, RAAS
- Workday REST API & SOAP Web Services
- XSLT, XML, JSON
- Integration security and API authentication
- Workday Advanced, Composite and Matrix Reports and Calculated Fields
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
