Workday Integrations Application Manager

About the Role

As an Application Lead , you will design, build, and configure applications on the Workday platform and act as the primary point of contact across delivery phases. You’ll orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration, make key technical and operational decisions, and ensure stakeholders remain fully aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end application delivery : solution design, configuration, build, test, and deployment for Workday Core Integrations .

• Serve as the primary point of contact for integration scope, timelines, risks, and issue resolution; drive decisions that impact multiple teams.

• Own integration quality : define mapping, security, transmission methods, frequency, and unit test cases; enforce standards and best practices.
