We are currently seeking a Workday Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON. In this role, you will lead the product strategy, roadmap, and evolution of our Workday ecosystem, ensuring the platform delivers measurable business value, scales with organizational growth, and supports an exceptional employee experience.

You will partner closely with Senior HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define and execute a clear product vision, balancing innovation, compliance, and operational excellence across the Workday platform.
