· Collaborate with Learning Global Process owner and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for the Workday learning application.
· Translate business needs and functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs for learning technologies.
· Analyze existing learning technology infrastructure and recommend improvements, upgrades, or new solutions to enhance functionality, user experience, and performance.
· Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Learning, and integration of Workday Learning to such systems as GXP Learning Management Systems (Veeva LMS), content authoring tools, and other related systems.
· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
· Conduct testing of new features, updates, and integrations to ensure they meet requirements and function correctly.
