Throughout the engagement: o Contribute to the development of a scalable, university‑wide OCM framework including methodologies, governance, processes, templates, and success metrics. o Create toolkits, playbooks, and standardized deliverables to ensure consistency and quality across all change initiatives. o Help establish scalable approaches for change intake, prioritization, and measurement. o Assist in building CMO identity and presence across campus through engagement, communication, and relationship‑building with colleges, schools, and administrative units. o Assess change impacts, risks, and readiness; develop mitigation and communication plans. o Support stakeholder engagement across academic, administrative, and IT groups. o Oversee and/or create training, enablement, and reinforcement plans. o Report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and operational risks to leadership. o Contribute to building a sustainable culture of structured change adoption at Lo...
