3+ years of HRIS experience with focus on both Workday HCM and PeopleSoft HCM.

· Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM security architecture, including roles, permission lists, row-level security, and component/page access.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong functional expertise in both Workday HCM and PeopleSoft HCM to support end-to-end testing, data validation, and integration analysis. This role is responsible for verifying core HR transactions in Workday—such as hires, job and pay changes, personal information updates, and terminations—and ensuring accurate and timely posting of these transactions into PeopleSoft.
