<p><b> Urgent Backfill - Workday Prism Analytics </b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><b>Report Development</b>: Design and build custom reports using Workday Prism Analytics, including advanced, matrix, composite, and dashboard reports. This includes leveraging calculated fields, filters, and business objects to meet business needs <br /> </li> <li><b>Data Integration & ETL</b>: Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from Workday into Snowflake. This includes using Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Workday Studio, and outbound integrations to move structured data such as worker, compensation, and benefits data <br /> </li> <li><b>Metadata & Lineage</b>: Define metadata tagging strategies in Snowflake to track data lineage from Workday HCM, enhancing auditability and compliance <br /> </li> <li><b>Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement</b>: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Provide updates, conduct workshops, and support end-user training <br /> </li> <li><b>Testing & Validation</b>: Develop and execute test plans to validate report functionality and data accuracy. Monitor report migrations and perform sandbox-to-production validations <br /> </li> </ul> <p><b>Required Skills & Tools</b></p> <p><b> </b></p> <ul> <li><b>Workday Tools</b>: Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, EIB, Studio, Worksheets, Discovery Boards.</li> <li><b>Snowflake</b>: Data modeling, metadata tagging, pipeline development, and integration with Workday.</li> <li><b>Other Technologies</b>: Power BI, Python, SQL, AWS (for extended analytics and storage), and Agile project methodologies </li> <li><b>Soft Skills</b>: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions</li> </ul> <p> </p>
