Job Description

  • The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role plays a key part in implementing new projects, analyzing data, and improving HR processes through technology.
  • The analyst works closely with the project team and business stakeholders to document business processes and requirements; execute data migration activities (including extracting, analyze and transform).

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute project tasks, including reviewing and documenting business processes.
  • Able to compile and analyze business information and requirements.
