*This is a FTE position for 12 months with a annual salary.

Join a fast-moving HR Systems function on a clear 2026 Workday roadmap. You will lead delivery across key Workday enhancements and a major Talent Management rollout, working closely with senior HR stakeholders and a Canada-based delivery team.

What you will deliver in 2026

  • Advanced Compensation enhancements
  • Talent Management new functionality (major project)
  • Support planning around ongoing acquisition activity (2 to 3 acquisitions per year), ensuring delivery remains stable and reliable

Key responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery for the 2026 Workday roadmap (plan, scope, governance, delivery, and adoption)
  • Manage delivery partners and coordinate day-to-day activity across UK and Canada time zones
