The Workday QA Analyst will be a key member of the Global People Technology team, ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and performance of our Workday ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Workday functional knowledge with strong analytical, testing, and automation skills. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, validate system behavior, and ensure that new features, enhancements, and integrations meet the highest standards of quality.
Your primary focus will be on validating functionality across Core HCM, Time Off & Absence, Compensation, Talent and Time Tracking. You will play a critical role in safeguarding data integrity, optimizing user experience, and driving continuous improvement across Global People Services.
