Using our internal proprietary tool we are able to quickly implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we also provide expertise and resources as needed to support
the customer's individual Workday solution.
TopBloc is seeking a Workday QA Operations Manager . We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, thrive in a collaborative environment, and bring the drive to contribute to client success.
Requirements (What We're Looking For):
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field (Required)
● 5+ years of experience in project management, staffing operations, consultant management, or quality assurance, ideally within IT services or professional services (Required)
● Fluent in English - C1 or C2 level (Required)
● Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems preferred (Required)
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
● Familiarity with project execution, including financial management and contractual
management
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to diverse client needs
● Passion for client advocacy, customer service excellence, and long-term partnership building
Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
● QA & Back-Office Function Setup : Establish and scale a Quality Assurance function, defining ownership, processes, and operating standards.
● QA Ownership & Execution : Own the Quality Assurance function end-to-end, ensuring consistent quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across supported projects.
● Offshore Transition & Workload Offloading : Lead the transition of QA and back-office work from onshore teams, reducing operational load and enabling effective offshore delivery.
● Offshore Initiative Ownership : Own and execute additional offshore delivery initiatives aligned to business and delivery needs beyond core QA responsibilities.
● Staff Aug Project Health & Client Escalations : Maintain and monitor project health trackers, proactively flagging risks or delivery concerns and escalating as needed. Serve as a point of contact for issue resolution, coordinating between consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely solutions
● Staff Aug Proactive Project Follow-Up : Conduct regular check-ins with consultants and clients to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and early detection of potential issues.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
