Job Description

• Demonstrate Knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module and take the lead to drive configuration changes for the recruiting module and other team members as needed.
• Collaborate with the HR Technology team on identifying system inefficiencies and defects. Successfully engage and support key stakeholders through all phases of the projects and independent units of work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases and provide suggestions around use cases accordingly.
• Recommend the best solution based on the requirements, budget, and time frame, with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified.
• Work with multiple workstreams, integration teams, and business organizations to ensure cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated.
• Facilitate effective brainstorming and design sessions; anticipate how potential ideas may play out in the organization and what behaviors it will drive.
