**Team Overview**
The HR Technology & Platforms team provides platform solutions to the global HR community for employee lifecycle activities. We partner with HR Platforms Functional Leads and HR Operations to deliver outstanding platform support and strong governance across HR technology processes. We also drive enablement through documentation, training, and knowledge management.
**About the Role**
+ **Inquiry Management (Tier 2 / Level 2):** Senior technical support for Workday and other HR systems via ServiceNow - triaging, resolving, and ensuring SLA compliance.
+ **Workday Talent Acquisition Configuration:** Serve as Functional System Architect for Workday’s Recruiting Module (templates, processes, and integrations) enabling smooth TA operations.
