• Identify complex tech solutions for HR systems, with a primary focus on Workday.
• Own and drive technology strategy and road mapping to drive HR outcomes
• Produce technology roadmaps in support of SI's application portfolio vision and strategy.
• Utilize broad and deep understanding of the competitive landscape and corporate and business unit strategies to provide context for architectural decision making.
• Expert in enterprise infrastructure and develop implementation plans
