Job Description
Lead and support Workday implementations, enhancements, and ongoing production support across modules such as **HCM Core, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Financials**.
- Conduct requirement workshops, gather business needs, and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure Workday business processes, security, reports, and integrations as per client requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver end-to-end Workday solutions.
- Provide expertise in **workstream planning, testing, change management, and deployment**.
- Drive knowledge transfer and mentor client teams to build internal capabilities.
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and provide long-term resolutions.
