Key Responsibilities (Strategy & Config)
Recruiting Optimization: Configure Job Requisition templates, Offer Letter generation logic, and Career Site external branding.
Learning Architecture: Manage the setup of Extended Learning for external audiences and define 'Campaigns' for internal compliance training.
Talent Experience: Configure the Skills Cloud ontology and 'Opportunity Marketplace' logic to drive internal mobility.
L2 Support & Operational Activities (Daily Run)
Recruiting Triage: Unstick candidates trapped in 'referral merge' errors or duplicate profile conflicts.
External Access Support: Troubleshoot login/password reset issues for Extended Learning users (non-employees) and external Career Site applicants.
Course Assignment Debugging: Investigate why a specific 'Required Learning' course did not trigger for a new hire (debugging Eligibility Rules).
