  • Recruiting Optimization: Configure Job Requisition templates, Offer Letter generation logic, and Career Site external branding.
  • Learning Architecture: Manage the setup of Extended Learning for external audiences and define Campaigns for internal compliance training.
  • Talent Experience: Configure the Skills Cloud ontology and Opportunity Marketplace logic to drive internal mobility.

L2 Support & Operational Activities (Daily Run)

  • Recruiting Triage: Unstick candidates trapped in referral merge errors or duplicate profile conflicts.
  • External Access Support: Troubleshoot login/password reset issues for Extended Learning users (non-employees) and external Career Site applicants.
  • Course Assignment Debugging: Investigate why a specific Required Learning course did not trigger for a new hire (debugging Eligibility Rules).
