Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-8+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Studio (must-have).
  • Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, Document Transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs.
  • Experience with Workday Report Writer, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
  • Strong debugging skills using Studio logs and Workday error frameworks.
  • Ability to understand functional HR/Payroll processes.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
