Job Description

Lead and support the technical implementation of Workday HR modules, including core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio , EIB , Core Connectors,PICOF, PECI, API Web Services (SOAP/REST) , and Workday Cloud Platform .

Configure Workday based on business requirements, including creating business processes, security roles, and custom reports.

Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and Operations teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Ensure seamless data flow between Workday and non-Workday systems such as Enterprise applications (e.g., D365, Concur) , time & attendance systems , and 3rd payroll platforms etc .

Strong knowledge with US benefit provider integrations for benefits enrollment such as WEX, Sunlife & Metlife insurance etc <...
