Skills And Knowledge

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure in fast-paced environments

 Knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of the Workday platform

 Ability to perform detailed work with a high level of accuracy and a strong focus on data integrity and system security

 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Workday, including complex system and integration problems

 Familiarity with integration tools such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services (WWS)

 Experience with integration technologies including REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON

 Understanding of security and data privacy standards such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and related frameworks
