We are hiring a Workday Recruiting SME to manage and optimize the complete recruiting lifecycle within Workday. The role focuses on system configuration, recruiter enablement, and improving candidate experience across hiring workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage the Workday Recruiting module end-to-end
Setup requisitions, interview workflows, offers, onboarding
Optimize hiring processes and recruiter experience
Build recruiting dashboards and reports
Manage integrations with job boards/background checks
Support enhancements and ongoing system improvements
Required Skills
5–8 years of Workday experience
Strong Recruiting module configuration
