Job Description
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a Test Engineer focused specifically on Workday implementations and/or major integrations with ERP apps.
- In-depth functional knowledge of Workday modules Core HCM, Performance Management, Recruiting & On-boarding, Compensation management, Learning, Time tracking & absence, WD HR Help Desk.
- Proven experience in defining and implementing end-to-end Workday testing strategies across multiple phases (SIT, UAT, Parallel).
- Strong understanding of Workday's data model, business process framework, and security configuration as it relates to testing.
- Experience with a formal defect tracking system JIRA.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict and drive consensus among technical and business teams.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
