Workday Testing

<ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a <u>Test Engineer</u> focused specifically on Workday implementations and/or major integrations with ERP apps.</li> <li><b>In-depth functional knowledge of Workday modules</b> Core HCM, Performance Management, Recruiting & On-boarding, Compensation management, Learning, Time tracking & absence, WD HR Help Desk.</li> <li>Proven experience in defining and implementing end-to-end Workday testing strategies across multiple phases (SIT, UAT, Parallel).</li> <li>Strong understanding of Workday's data model, business process framework, and security configuration as it relates to testing.</li> <li>Experience with a formal defect tracking system JIRA.</li> <li>Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict and drive consensus among technical and business teams.</li> <li>Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.</li> </ul>
