Position : Workday Time Absence Tracking & Reporting

Experience : 4 Yrs



Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Tracking: Configure Time Entry Templates, Period Schedules, and Time Calculation Rules (overtime, shift differentials).
  • Absence Management: Build and maintain Time Off Plans, Accrual calculations, and Eligibility rules.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless flow of time and absence data into Payroll; troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • User Experience: Configure mobile time entry and absence request flows for end-users.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of configuration experience in Workday Time Tracking AND Absence.
  • Technical: Strong proficiency in creating Calculated Fields for complex accrual logic.
  • Bonus: Previous experience supporting US Payroll teams.
