- Must have thorough knowledge on US Workday Time & Absence processes (Time Entry, absence process, Overtime, shift differential, shift premium, exception time).
- Must have good hands-on knowledge on Time off Plans, Time Calculations, Time Codes, Time Entry Templates, absence codes, Work schedules calendars, holiday, and public calendar.
- Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.
- Recommend best practice and relevant industry experience in Workday Time and absence.
- Must have good knowledge and experience of 7+ years in Workday modules including Time, Absence, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent,.
- Practical experience in Workday HCM technology gained during environment implementations or AMS-type activities (projects, post-production support, etc.)
- Flexible in working for different workday Modules.
- Must be good at Client interactions and Communications.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the SLA.
- Good Communication skills.
- Workday Time/Absence certifications preferred.
