<p>REQ ID 88029</p> <p>Location : Bangalore</p> <p>Experience : 5+ years relevant Exp </p> <p> SMU : Americas 2</p> <p>Practice : GROWTH</p> <p>Account : CHV</p> <p>WO Rate : up-to 180K MAX (let us know in case of any challenge)</p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Must have thorough knowledge on US Workday Time & Absence processes (Time Entry, absence process, Overtime, shift differential, shift premium, exception time).</li> <li>Must have good hands-on knowledge on Time off Plans, Time Calculations, Time Codes, Time Entry Templates, absence codes, Work schedules calendars, holiday, and public calendar.</li> <li>Gather business requirements through discovery and design sessions.</li> <li>Recommend best practice and relevant industry experience in Workday Time and absence.</li> <li>Must have good knowledge and experience of 7+ years in Workday modules including Time, Absence, Payroll, Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent,. </li> <li>Practical experience in Workday HCM technology gained during environment implementations or AMS-type activities (projects, post-production support, etc.) </li> <li>Flexible in working for different workday Modules.</li> <li>Must be good at Client interactions and Communications.</li> <li>Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the SLA.</li> <li>Good Communication skills.</li> <li>Workday Time/Absence certifications preferred.</li> </ul>
