Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing automation workflows that connect systems and data sources.
• Work with APIs (REST, SOAP) to send, receive, and transform data between platforms.
• Write and maintain light JavaScript logic to support workflow steps or validations.
• Build and test data queries to extract or calculate key information for decision support.
• Help design simple user interfaces or forms for internal tools.
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Contribute to Agile sprint activities - refining tasks, testing new features, and providing feedback.
• Support data quality, privacy, and security best practices in all automation work.
