Workers Comp Defense Associate Attorney

Job Posting: Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney

Location: Hybrid/Remote/Fully in Office (Depending on Location)

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000

Benefits: Full Benefits, 401k, Dues Paid, 15 Days of PTO 

Bonus: Competitive Bonus Based on Hours (Minimum $20K if target is met)

Responsibilities:

• Defend clients in workers' compensation cases, handling all aspects of litigation from pre-trial through trial.
• Work with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to build strong defense strategies.
• Participate in trials and hearings, and enjoy the challenge of trial work.
• Advise clients on legal rights, case progress, and potential outcomes.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings.
